Job Opportunities

We are proud of our agency and the important work we have been doing for Napa County since our founding in 1972. We believe that each employee contributes directly to the success of our agency, and we look forward to the opportunity of exploring whether there might be a mutual fit. Any current job opportunities are listed below.

Are we a possible match? At Cope Family Center, we help parents manage stressful situations and challenging life events so they can give their children a brighter future. When hiring, we seek individuals who are dedicated to supporting families in a team of mission-driven, high-achieving, and deeply-caring professionals who are well-supported in their ongoing personal and professional development. We look forward to exploring whether there might be a mutual fit with who you are, your experience—and, perhaps most importantly, what drives you and brings you fulfillment.

Even if we don’t currently have any positions available, you are welcome to contact Lusy Rosas, Human Resources Manager, anytime to obtain more information about working at Cope Family Center. You can also check out our current volunteer opportunities to learn more about Cope in the meantime. Thank you and we look forward to meeting you.

Bilingual Family Resource Specialist (Part-Time)

The Bilingual Family Resource Specialist (BFRS) is the first point of contact for Cope Family Center. As the face of our organization, the BFRS welcomes individuals and families and, as necessary, provides an initial intake, assessment, and/or crisis triage in order to meet the initial needs of those presenting to the Center in person or by phone.

The BFRS also provides administrative support for the Center’s broad array of programs, including day-to-day administrative tasks, program support, project support and team member assistance. The successful candidate is well organized, attends to details, prioritizes multiple tasks, communicates with others in a professional manner and assists with program initiatives by documenting, tracking and escalating issues as needed.
